Special Order Planner

Ekeri is hiring a Special Order Planner to meet customers’ unique requests regarding transport solutions. This person will plan the process of special orders and maintain important internal communication from order to production.

The role of the Special Order Planner is to ensure that the production of customised transport solutions runs smoothly. In this role, you will be in contact with several of our departments. Together with our sales representatives, you will review the needs of our customers and determine whether the requests are possible. You will plan special orders, create solutions, and price the orders.

In addition to handling special orders, you will also work with the after-sales department and participate in the development of Ekeri’s after-sales services.

Your duties will include:

  • planning the assembly of special orders, making purchases, creating technical drawings, invoicing, and final reporting
  • supporting the departments during the assembly phase
  • documenting the solutions so that they meet legal and inspection requirements
  • create and manage documentation related to spare parts for customised products, e.g. spare parts lists with associated sketches
  • develop sales packages for spare parts
  • generate work instructions for retrofitting and various repair operations
  • develop services such as maintenance contracts together with our experts

To perform your duties, you will need knowledge or experience in using CAD-software. You will primarily be in contact with our Swedish and Norwegian sales representatives and, therefore, need to speak Swedish or English.

We are looking for people who are solution-oriented, imaginative, technically interested, and have good teamwork skills. Good customer service and a strong entrepreneurial mindset are also in your favour.

If you are looking for interesting and challenging tasks, a pleasant working environment and want to be part of an international company, this is the job for you. The work is carried out in Kållby, Pedersöre.
