Ekeri Ab Acquires Essframe Ab’s Operations – Investing in Growth and Innovation in Component Manufacturing

Ekeri and Essframe have entered into an agreement whereby Essframe’s operations will be transferred to Ekeri’s ownership. This marks a strategic step in Ekeri’s growth journey and strengthens the company’s ability to develop its products and production methods.

Essframe Ab has been a supplier of FNA/FRC doors to Ekeri since 1995. The company has invested in modern machinery and expertise in CNC technology, and now the entire staff and machinery will be transferred to Ekeri.

Through the acquisition, Essframe’s operations will be integrated into the Ekeri Group, enabling synergies in product development, production, and logistics. Essframe’s staff will continue their work under Ekeri’s leadership.
